MicroPort® CRM has an Ethics hotline which allows employees to file and disclose, confidentially and without retaliation, to the Compliance Team any identified issues, questions, or suspected violations of MicroPort® CRM Code of Conduct, the related policies or procedures, or applicable laws and regulations in connection with the conduct of the Company’s business.
The Ethics hotline is a third-party managed, confidential and anonymous reporting tool available 24 hours per day, seven days a week and may be accessed via crm.microport.ethicspoint.com.
We do not tolerate any form of retaliation against an individual arising from a good-faith report of a potential violation: if you learn of, or suspect, a violation you have a mandatory duty to report the matter to the Compliance Team.
